Welcome to the Saddle Hub UK - thank you so so much for visiting our site!
Whilst we worked full time, unfortunately Ashleigh was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia, amongst other illnesses.
After many months of being bed bound in crippling pain, Ashleigh lost her job, had to give up horses and for a long time, it seemed things weren't going to get better.
That's when Mike decided enough was enough - he quit his career as a photographer to care for Ashleigh.
This then led him to finding an opportunity to work part time at Katnipp - an illustration based ecommerce brand owned by his sister-in-law.
He began to build his knowledge in business and observed how important it is to look after customers. Mike then began the process of building our own business - Saddle Hub UK!
In January of 2021 we began our journey and the Saddle Hub was born. Ashleigh had a single spare saddle and that's where we began!
Since then we've bought and sold many saddles, we have designed our first saddle covers and we continue to focus on providing the equestrian community with great quality, beautifully designed tack and equipment to keep you safe and looking amazing, whilst continuing to provide a safe space to buy & sell your saddles online!
