We will replace covers if you are unhappy with the colour you've chosen. But this will depend on stock levels. So please contact us first.

You've finished riding, the sun is shining and your pony is munching on amazing green grass - now what?
Once you've ordered, our team will gallop off to the tack shed and carefully pick the cover in the colour you've chosen or saddle you've selected, then package it with love.
Like our horse Cherry, we're not 100% normal! Please allow us up to 48 hours to pick and pack your order. All orders are sent when all items are ready - this means if you've also purchased a saddle, all items will wait till we have cleaned and prepped the saddle to the best of our abilities and then will be sent out at the same time.
We use Royal Mail and DX for most of our deliveries within the UK. Please note if you are located outside of Mainland UK your country may require you to pay duty fees to import goods into your country - A fee might be placed on delivery by your country's government.

Important: We recommend that you avoid machine washing your saddle cover as this may affect the water resitant material used in production.
- For best measure, wipe any marks clean with a damp cloth, making sure that it is not dripping before wiping clean.
- Some products may have small factory marks/defects. These are purely cosmetic, we make sure to check each and every cover before it is sent. If you are unhappy with any marks you must notify us immedietly!
